There are no service bulletins at this time.
We provide service to each zone only one or two days per week. Zone service will transport you from your pick-up point to the nearest transit station (Downtown Bellingham Station or Cordata Station). The map, displays the zones and the days of the week we serve them.
Zone service reservations are required no later than 5:00 pm the day before you ride. Since seating is limited, we recommend calling a day (or up to a week) in advance.

āIf your plans change and you do not need your ride, please call to cancel at least one hour before your earliest pickup time. WTA enforces a no-show policy. If you habitually no-show, we can temporarily suspend you from service.ā

If you no-show on a day when you have booked more than one trip, we will not automatically cancel your later trips. Please cancel each trip you don't need to avoid receiving multiple no-shows on a single day.
If you continue to no-show after the first suspension, the next suspension can last 14 days. Further no-show suspensions can last 30 days.
Riders can appeal a suspension before it takes effect. Call (360) 733-1144 for a copy of our suspension policy.
Zone Service costs $1 per ride. Cash only. Exact change is required.
We don't accept 1 ride ticketsā, passes of any kind, Gold Cards or Free on Fixed Route Cards on Zone Service.
