WCC students and administrators worked with WTA to create a universal bus pass agreement. Through the agreement, all currently enrolled WCC students, including Running Start, have prepaid access to WTA's system.
The WCC Orca Card is valid for use on all buses in Whatcom County, as well as Route 80X to Mount Vernon.
