Why do you call a "monthly pass" a "calendar pass"?
Because it is valid from the 1st day of a month until the last day of that month. For example, a January pass is valid from January 1 until January 31.
What does "pro rated mean" and do you sell pro rated passes?
We do not sell pro rated passes. Passes cost the same whether you buy them at the beginning of the month (for example, January 1), or the middle of the month (for example, January 12). We do not discount--or pro-rate--the pass, even if you buy it later in the month.
What do you mean by "the next month"?
For example we begin selling February passes on January 15.
What are the calendar quarters?
First quarter is January 1 through March 31.
Second quarter is April 1 through June 30.
Third quarter is July 1 through September 30.
Fourth quarter is October 1 through December 31.
What if I am a student?
WTA's quarterly passes might not line up with your school's academic calendar. Schools often don't start on the first day of a month.
How will my pass arrive?
By US mail, to the address you gave us when you placed your order.
How soon will my pass arrive after I order it?
If we receive your order by 1 pm, it will probably arrive by mail in one or two business days. After 1 pm, it could take up to three business days.
Where can I buy a pass in person?
You can view all of our pass outlets here.
