A Public Hearing will be held by the Whatcom Transportation Authority (WTA) Board of Directors during their regularly scheduled meeting on November 6, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. at WTA’s Administrative Base at 4011 Bakerview Spur, Bellingham, WA 98226.  You may also attend remotely via Zoom.  Access instructions will be posted on http://www.ridewta.com/board-meetings/.  The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed June 2026 service changes.
