Rules of the Road for WTA Passengers
NO smoking
NO unruly or disrespectful behavior
NO swearing or profanity
NO eating
NO alcoholic beverages
Non-alcoholic beverages are OK if opening is covered by a lid or top.
Thank you for your cooperation and thank you for riding with us.

Pet Policy
If you wish to transport a pet, it must be placed in a secured pet container with a lid.

Stroller Policy
If you wish to bring a stroller aboard the bus, the child and any parcels must be removed and the stroller folded and stowed between or under your seat before the bus departs. The stroller must not protrude into the aisle so that it is a tripping hazard. While the bus is moving, strollers must remain folded, placed securely out of the aisle, and within reach of the customer. 

Snow Days/Other Weather Effects
During snowy or icy conditions, or when flooding causes roadways to be covered with water, WTA buses may be delayed or detoured. PLEASE SEE THE RIDER ALERT SECTION of our website, which will appear at left when posted, to  find which routes are on snow routes.

When snow routes are in effect, WTA may not be able to serve certain stops.  Look for this snowflake icon       posted on the schedule at your bus stop.  At stops marked with this snowflake, the bus will not stop during snowy or icy conditions.  Please go to the nearest stop without a snowflake.  Stops most likely affected are:

Remember to arrive at your bus stop on time, but dress warmly and be prepared for delays.
